Every Comfort Club visit includes a comprehensive inspection, helping catch small issues before they become costly repairs. The full inspection is completed across your two visits: one focused on your A/C and one focused on your heat.

Questions homeowners ask
Do I need to buy a new system to get the free year?
No. The free year is open to any homeowner in our service area, whatever the age of your system. There is nothing to buy. And if you ever replace your system with SM, an additional year of membership is included at no extra cost.
What happens during my free year?
Two maintenance visits: your AC maintenance during the cooling season and your heat maintenance during the heating season. In between, you get priority scheduling and member pricing whenever you need us.
Why does regular maintenance matter?
Routine maintenance keeps your system running efficiently, catches small issues while they are still simple repairs, and helps you avoid unexpected breakdowns when you need heating or cooling the most. Steady care also helps your equipment reach a long service life.
What happens after the free year?
We check in near the end of your year, and you decide whether to continue at the regular membership rate. Either way, the first year is on us.
