S.M. technician Eddie came to service our AC system today since it stopped work ing again. We had some water in the pan so the float automatically shuts off the AC.This was the second time within a week for the same issue. He also searched for the cause at the handler as well as the condenser. Eddie was diligent in looking at everything as was the previous serviceman. He lowered the blower speed + leveled something upstairs. There was water collecting in the pan, which caused the system to shut down.
